Strong

Our flagship class fuses strength training with bursts of high-intensity movement to build, strengthen, and energize body and mind. Each session alternates between total-body work on the machine and dynamic, muscle-focused floor exercises with dumbbells. From core-crushing ab work to glute-focused sets, every class maximizes output and develops functional strength. Expect a thoughtfully programmed balance of power, pace, and control - all in a vibrant studio that keeps you motivated from start to finish. Pilates-Inspired Deep Muscle Workout

Sculpt

Sculpt is a strength and stability class that blends Pilates-inspired principles with deep muscle activation. This low-impact, high-focus workout targets both major muscle groups and often-overlooked stabilizers - sculpting, strengthening, and aligning body and mind. Expect slow, deliberate movements with emphasis on form, breath, and mind-to-muscle connection to improve posture, enhance balance, and build body awareness. Each session closes with mindful breathwork to calm the nervous system and restore clarity - leaving you centered, strong, and recharged.

Our classes are designed for all levels, and first-timers are always welcome. Just arrive 10 minutes before your class, and our team will help you get set up. We’ll walk you through the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable. Your instructor will also guide you through the basic technique before each class begins - so you can step in with confidence and enjoy the experience from the start.

Do I need have skiing experience?

No prior skiing experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

What do I need to wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes. You’ll be moving a lot, so choose something that feels good to move in. For Strong and Cardio, wear indoor training shoes, and for Sculpt, bring grippy socks.

When do I need to arrive for class?

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to check in, get introduced to the machine, and be ready to start on time.

Do you have shower facilities?

At Nordic Strong Sag Harbor, we don’t have shower facilities, but you’re welcome to use our restrooms and lockers for your convenience. If you’re visiting our Flat Iron location, showers are available there.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide sweat towels for every session at all locations, free of charge. Shower towels are also available, but only at our Flat Iron studio.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have code lockers, so there’s no need to bring a lock, just set your code and you’re good to go!

Do you have ear plugs?

Yes, we offer earplugs at reception, just ask if you need a pair.

Can I do this if I’m pregnant?

Yes, but we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand. Our training can be adapted, but it’s important to ensure it’s safe for your specific pregnancy.
