Master Trainer at NRTHRN Strong
I started working as a trainer in 2018 while finishing my Master’s degree. At the time, I only wanted to be a personal trainer—I had no interest in teaching group classes because I wasn’t comfortable speaking in front of a crowd. But that changed over time, and now I love it so much that I honestly can’t imagine not doing it!
In my classes, people can expect the best tunes, lots of energy and fun, and a whole lot of sarcasm!
Fun fact: I once wanted to become an actress. I applied and went to an audition to get into Drama School. As you might have guessed, I was not accepted.

Alex Cooley
Moving my body has been something I've been passionate about since I was a kid! I was always active in dance and different sports and found fitness in my early adult years. I grew up in Arizona and then moved to LA after college for 10 years working at Warner Brothers before moving to NY 3 years ago to pursue fitness full time. In my class, you can expect a challenging but fun workout that fires up your brain-body connection and leaves you feeling stronger, centered, and motivated. With over 12 years of experience, I am trained in sculpt, barre, yoga, and breathwork. Fitness has always been fun and enjoyable and that’s what I aim to do for others so they too can look forward to their daily movement!
Fun fact, chocolate chip cookies are my favorite food :)

Gabby Savary
Movement has been my medicine, passion, and purpose for as long as I can remember. I grew up with severe asthma, yet pushed past every limit to become a Division II and semi-pro soccer player as well as a National Bodybuilding champion in the wellness category.
With over 12 years of experience coaching group fitness and personal training, I’ve been named one of NYC’s top trainers to watch and featured in Women’s Health, The Today Show, and more. My style is equal parts athletic, empowering, and joyfully intense—think: smart strength training with a splash of swag.
In my class, expect high-energy strength training that’s challenging, empowering, and rooted in smart programming. My goal? To leave you stronger, more confident, and ready to take on life outside the studio.
Fun fact: I believe squats are a love language—and I’ve got the glutes to prove it. 😉
